surprisingly charming stay
vegan pancakes helpful staff breakfast room
i don't often book breakfast, as i'm vegan. this visit become an exception. one staff member responded to my inquiry about vegan options. they listed what would be available and the description sounded good. vegan pancakes were also available plus vegan sausages from day 2 onward. the breakfast room staff was helpful.
the room has no phone for reception contact. i found this to be a bit inconvenient. also, two single beds put together became our couple's bed. these kept sliding apart overnight.

central location, great stay
the breakfast offered many options and good quality. vegan options were also available. i scanned a code, put my room number in, and chose cleaning service and breakfast items. it is more private than using a do not disturb sign.
the room had small dimensions. scaffolding was present outside our windows. we also looked at a courtyard and its garbage containers.

the reception staff is amazing and helpful. they are always ready to assist. staff assisted in finding places to visit. some staff welcomed guests with a friendly attitude and were very helpful.

vegan pancakes helpful staff basic room poor wifi
The breakfast at this hotel was great it had lots of options. I liked the vegan pancakes. The staff in the breakfast room were also super helpful.
I found the room to be quite basic for the price I paid. There was no kettle. The wifi connection was also very poor it was difficult to stay connected.

The staff at reception was always available. My room was upgraded, and it included a bathtub. Breakfast had a counter system with indicators for red and green (i found it useful).
The shower in my room did not work very well.

Really good Breakfast and Convenient Location!
convenient location amazing breakfast helpful staff parking facility
I found the location convenient for accessing all attractions. The breakfast was AMAZING!!! It included vegan pancakes and vegan sausages, a standout feature. The staff was helpful when I needed directions to the parking facility, a great plus. I really enjoyed my stay.
My only very slight negative observation was the bed felt quite soft.
